Very convenient to wash while traveling. Detergent included in the wash machine. Easy to use.
I am new in the area and I went today with a large bag of clothes ready to wash. Since I dont speak German I entered the store and saw the counter woman (she was working with the clothes)! I asked politely if she speak English and if she could help me to understand how it works. And she ignored me at first. So I stayed there for like 3 minutes until I repeated what I said. She turned to me and said she doesnt speak English and started to talk to me in German screaming at me. Then she turned around and completely ignored me again. I stayed for 2 more minutes there and she kept ignoring me. So I decided to leave. Horrible help, and how they treated me. I am never going back. And I DO NOT recommend this place.
Great laundry. Clean and safe. Self service coin from 7am. 8 for big load. 1 for 10 minutes in dryer (big load dried in 20 minutes). Easy English instructions down the back of the shop. Just use the correlated number machine with button pressed. Detergent is included in the price just fill up the cups.
Great self service hours. Also has English instructions, and all of it is easy to follow. Included detergent! Pretty good prices too. Was great for us!
