Get a culture ignorant staffers, the guy at the desk named Felix was completely unreasonable and said he was rejecting the booking and won't hear any reasons

I rented a car from them online and they waited till I was there to pick it up and told me "sorry we don't have a car for you and sorry that we didn't inform you before you come and unfortunately we can't do anything to correct what happens except giving you your money back !!!!"This is simply unexeptable.
