We used Grunecker for IP services in Europe. They overbilled our startup by tens of thousands of Euros. When we asked for a bill adjustment they refused. They sued us in Germany. We were a startup company in the USA. We could not afford to defend ourselves in Germany. They got a judgment against us in one of their local Court based on their excess billing. Then they used the The Hague Convention to enforce their judgment in the US. They nearly bankrupted us with their excess billing and lawsuits and attempted to seize our intellectual property. To add insult to the injury they sued the company executive personally. No startup needs to go through all this bullshit over excess billing and risk to go bankrupt as a thank you for using Grunecker service. STAY AWAY from this lawfirm. There are much better and more honest IP lawfirms in Europe.
