I received excellent service from Frau Kruesmann. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is extremely friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend her.
I unfortunately have to agree with the low-rated comments below. This lawyer may be good for German speaking customers (not sure about that even) but far too futile for expats. I got a notification from her about she is now taken by my wife in the case of separation. I intended to solve the case mutually through her by not going to another lawyer and complicate the things further. However, as the time passed it was getting obvious that it was a great mistake as she was really slow on communications (somehow completely ignoring the messages) and always talking from a power perspective (not sure if it was due to lack of her written English but even if it was, that is a minus point for someone who claims that he/she can communicate with the English speaking community). All and all, I regret the time, energy and value putting on trying to solve this case mutually through her and now moving onward to solve it differently. In my opinion, this was an absolute fail. I cannot recommend this lawyer.PS1: The review is also not about whether she represented me or not. It is about how was my experience dealing with her and how delayed and non-responsive she was towards solving an issue related to me.PS2: My wife has also changed her to another lawyer! I cannot comment on this but that might be another story written by someone else.PS3: She sent me a threatening letter to remove this comment. As a lawyer she probably does not know that sending a threatening email in this case would be against the law of free flow of non-personal data in the EU! It is awful to not know it as a lawyer, isn't it? Funny that she actually responded quite fast to this comment rather than replying to the emails that she has been receiving from me since 3 months ago!PS4: Birgit Kruesmann actively tries to remove negative comments. I got contacted by google to provide alibi that I had a connection with her. I can see that many people do not check/care about there emails and as a result their comments are removed by Google.
